We (Free Adnan & Hiwa Campaign) get some air time on Tuesday from local BBC radio and television:

Tuesday BBC Radio Sheffield news bulletins.

and

Tuesday BBC1 Look North news 20 past and 5 to the hour (from 6am -9am) then 1.30 pm and 6.30pm news.
